Full-Time / Part-Time In-Person Position Partners in Care LLC is a growing behavioral health provider seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor to join our expanding team. We are looking for professionals who are passionate about helping individuals overcome substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges while making a positive impact in the community. This position offers opportunities to grow with a supportive organization that continues expanding behavioral health and substance use services across Eastern North Carolina.

Responsibilities:

Provide in-person substance use counseling services to individuals and groups Conduct substance use assessments and screenings Assist with treatment planning and recovery goal development Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Coordinate care with clinical and medical providers Provide relapse prevention education and coping skills training Support clients with community resources and recovery planning Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings

Qualifications:

CADC, LCAS, LCAS-A, or other qualifying substance use credential in North Carolina Experience working with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Knowledge of Medicaid documentation standards preferred Valid driver's license preferred for community-based services
