Certified Counselor will provide Medicare-related counseling and assistance to individuals in our community, helping them understand their Medicare options, benefits, and available resources.

Ideal candidate:

 Current

NC SHIIP

Counselor certification or the ability to obtain the certification  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Compassionate and patient when working with older adults and individuals  Knowledge of Medicare and related programs  Ability to provide confidential, unbiased information and assistance If you are passionate about helping others navigate Medicare and want to make a meaningful difference in the community, we encourage you to apply!
