What You'll Do Conduct intake screenings and biopsychosocial assessments using ASAM criteria Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans with measurable goals Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions Deliver evidence-based interventions (Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Relapse Prevention) Manage a caseload and track client progress toward recovery goals Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR Coordinate care with medical staff, referral sources, and community resources Provide crisis intervention and discharge/aftercare planning Participate in clinical supervision, case reviews, and team meetings What You Need Active CADC credential in New Jersey (LCADC also welcome) Passion for helping individuals and families affected by substance use Strong documentation and time-management skills Reliable transportation to the Marlton or Vineland office Nice to Have 1+ year of substance use disorder counseling experience (outpatient, IOP, or MAT/OTP) Co-occurring (mental health + SUD) experience Knowledge of ASAM criteria and 42 CFR Part 2 / HIPAA Bilingual (English/Spanish), a big plus, especially for Vineland EHR experience Ready to Apply?
