Step One is a private, family-run NYS OASAS and OMH Certified Outpatient Treatment Center since 1994, seeking talented individuals to join our amazing staff to provide care in several locations.
Job Summary:
Step One is providing ongoing Outpatient Substance Use Treatment Services for a housing and community revitalization leader in Kingston, NY. This candidate will collaborate with both Step One and the housing facility to ensure the highest quality of care is being provided. As a member of the Step One Team, this candidate will utilize all available resources to maintain quality of care and assure that they are meeting all OASAS regulatory and Step One Policy expectations.Job Responsibilities:
This candidate is expected to provide a full range of Substance Use treatment services including (but not limited to):- Provide intake services including comprehensive psychosocial evaluations
- Develop, recommend, and review treatment goals in collaboration with clients
- Create and manage schedule to ensure highest quality of care
- Individual Therapy
- Group Therapy
- Collaborate with providers
- Work autonomously (supervision will be provided)
Job Requirements:
- CASAC, CASAC2, CASASC-Master, LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC. (MHC-LP and MSW-LP considered)
- Excellent counseling skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word is required and Electronic Clinical Records experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience utilizing evidence-based practices
