Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Make a real difference serving students and families as a dedicated occupational therapy professional. This contract position offers the unique opportunity to provide individualized OT support in a home-based setting for children with multiple disabilities and complex needs near Kingston, NY. You will deliver weekly occupational therapy sessions to two students: One student is diagnosed with developmental delays and Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE), requiring three individual 30-minute sessions each week. The second student has global developmental delays related to cerebral palsy secondary to seizure disorders and infantile spasms. She is non-verbal, non-ambulatory, and needs significant day-to-day support; she will receive one weekly 45-minute OT session.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current state OT licensure (or eligibility to obtain before starting) Experience supporting students with multiple disabilities or complex medical needs Strong clinical skills in adaptive equipment, sensory integration, fine motor development, and activities of daily living Empathy, clear communication, and the ability to partner closely with families and caregivers School-based or pediatric therapy background preferred
