What they do

A Substance Abuse Counselor counsels people struggling with addictions to alcohol, drugs or other substances. Assists clients in dealing with personal and professional problems related to substance abuse. Collaborates with other health care and mental health care professionals to coordinate services for clients, and works with families of substance abusers. May work in a clinic, health care facility or community based program, or work with clients referred through the criminal justice system.

Job Description

This is an opportunity to join a
PRIVATE PRACTICE.
We have flexible hours, unique pay structure and an employee centered compensation model. This job is primarily working with individuals and families in the community conducting counseling, assessment/evaluations, CCFT and CTT.
Education:
Master's Degree in Human Services or related field.
Candidate Experience:
Two to three years related clinical experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have experience and comfort working with
Children, Adolescents and Adult Job Types:
Part-time, Full-time Pay:
$40.00 - $65.00 per hour
