May work in a clinic, health care facility or community based program, or work with clients referred through the criminal justice system.

Job Description

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Therapist Renewal Pathway, LLC is seeking a qualified, dependable therapist to facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) substance use disorder groups and provide clinical services to individuals working toward recovery.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will:
Hold an active Kentucky clinical license/credential appropriate for providing behavioral health and substance use disorder services, such as LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or another qualifying behavioral health professional credential. Have substance use disorder/addiction treatment experience, preferably including direct experience with IOP. Have experience facilitating structured group therapy. Be knowledgeable about ASAM criteria, biopsychosocial assessments, DSM-5-TR diagnoses, treatment planning, and clinical documentation. Understand Medicaid documentation, medical necessity, and compliance requirements. Be comfortable providing services through telehealth and/or in person. Be professional, dependable, compassionate, and able to work effectively with individuals in recovery. Be willing to complete any required credentialing with Renewal Pathway and applicable Medicaid MCOs. Primary Responsibilities The therapist will be responsible for: Facilitating structured IOP group therapy sessions. Providing evidence-based substance use disorder treatment and relapse-prevention education. Completing or assisting with biopsychosocial assessments and ASAM assessments as required. Developing and reviewing individualized treatment plans. Maintaining timely and accurate progress notes and other clinical documentation. Monitoring clients' progress and continued medical necessity for IOP services. Participating in treatment-team communication and coordination of care. Maintaining HIPAA compliance and all applicable Kentucky Medicaid and program requirements. What We're Looking For We are especially interested in someone who understands IOP and addiction treatment and can confidently lead a group, rather than someone whose experience has been limited exclusively to traditional individual therapy. We are looking for a therapist who wants to become a meaningful part of Renewal Pathway's recovery program and help clients restore stability, strengthen their recovery, and successfully move forward.
Compensation:
$45-$65 per hour, depending on qualifications and IOP/addiction experience.
