We are a private mental health practice providing individual, couples and family counseling serving ages 3 - 80+. Our dynamic team is composed of skilled and compassionate clinicians who are committed to high-quality, client-centered care. We are actively hiring licensed mental health therapists to serve our community in a private practice setting. Clinicians will work with clients on a wide range of psychological, behavioral, and relational challenges. This is a flexible, part-time or full-time opportunity. We are a supportive practice focused on professional growth and collaborative opportunities with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals serving our clients. Experience with private practice work is a plus.

•Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments and diagnose using DSM-5 Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR system Uphold professional ethics and cultivate strong therapeutic alliances Qualifications Active South Carolina licensure: LISW, LMSW, LPC-A, LPC, or LMFT Strong clinical skills and a commitment to ethical practice Ability to work independently while being part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation and benefits vary based on licensure and caseload. Compensation dependent upon experience, full-time/part-time and client hours. Various options for compensation package include individual need, salary vs. hourly, W-2 or 1099. Per client hourly pay negotiable.
