About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and skilled licensed counselor with experience in perinatal mental health . This role will primarily support individuals and couples navigating pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, perinatal mood and anxiety concerns, changes in identity and relationships, and the transition into parenthood. The ideal candidate is grounded in attachment-based and trauma-informed care and has experience in incorporating somatic or body-based approaches into their work.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
Is licensed to practice Counseling in Texas Has experience in perinatal mental health Enjoys working with individuals and/or couples during pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood Has experience in supporting perinatal mood and anxiety concerns, adjustment to parenthood, birth experiences, grief and loss, and relationship changes Is skilled in attachment-based and trauma-informed approaches Has experience in somatic and body-based approaches such as EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, or Somatic Experiencing Thrives in a collaborative, integrative care environment Brings curiosity, compassion, innovative thinking, and a holistic perspective to client care At Compleo, we believe that when we support the people caring for families, we help families flourish too.
