Fully Licensed CSAC Virginia Behavioral Health Center - North Chesterfield, VA About Us Virginia Behavioral Health Center is expanding its Substance Use Disorder services and is seeking a Fully Licensed Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) to join our team on a full time basis. Position Summary The fully licensed CSAC will provide substance use counseling services within our ASAM Level 2.5 Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) facilitate psychoeducational and process groups, complete clinical documentation, collaborate with the treatment team, and help ensure quality patient care.

Schedule Required:

Monday, Tue, Thursday and Friday 8:45 AM - 4:30 PM Additional hours available as needed to assist with group coverage, vacations, increased census, and program needs. Responsibilities Facilitate substance use disorder treatment groups. Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner. Collaborate with the Clinical Director and interdisciplinary treatment team. Maintain compliance with Virginia licensing regulations and program standards. Assist with treatment planning and patient engagement. Provide professional, compassionate, and ethical care. Qualifications Required Current Virginia Full CSAC Certification Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders Strong documentation and communication skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

CSAC Supervisees are not being considered for this position at this time. Applicants must hold a current Full CSAC certification.
