You would interview I/I's and review all relevant information in order to determine counseling need and make program recommendations. You would provide on-going individual and group counseling. You would provide guidance to I/I's assessing needs and preparing evaluations for the Board of Parole. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Offender Rehabilitation Coordinator SG-19 $70,579: Must have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience providing individual and/or group counseling in a recognized program aimed at assisting clients with the resolution of major social, behavioral, and personal problems. Or, a Master's degree and 1 year of qualifying experience. Officer Rehabilitation Coordinator Trainee 1 (equated to SG - 13) - Must have a Bachelor's degree with a major in community health and family studies, correctional studies, counseling, criminal justice, human services, psychology, public justice, social work, sociology, or vocational rehabilitation.
