We are seeking a Forensic Restoration Counselor - PRN for our Mobile Competency Restoration Team to join our program around Carlisle, PA. Earn $22.72/hour. This role involves providing community-based services. Candidates should be comfortable traveling locally to support individuals in a variety of settings. Position Details The Mobile Competency Forensic Restoration Counselor supports individuals as they work toward restoring competency by implementing treatment plans developed by the Behavior Educator and collaborating closely with the Mobile Competency Restoration (MCR) team.

This position plays an important role in helping participants make progress toward their goals while ensuring they receive consistent support and guidance throughout their treatment journey. Responsibilities include conducting initial intakes, gathering information to support treatment planning, monitoring participant progress, and providing updates to the treatment team. The counselor also assists with discharge planning and coordination of ongoing services to help ensure continuity of care. The ideal candidate is able to build strong therapeutic relationships, maintain accurate and timely documentation, and collaborate effectively with community partners and other service providers. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to program development and adapt services to meet the needs of both participants and the program. Candidates should be comfortable working within the criminal justice and behavioral health systems, participating in trainings, and maintaining professional partnerships with key stakeholders. Occasional reporting or testimony may be requested as part of supporting participant outcomes and program objectives. Benefits

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree completed in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or similar human services required.

Experience working with forensic populations and/or incarcerated individuals preferred. Training will be given for this role. Must possess or is able to attain all necessary clearances and background checks to work with designated consumers.

Must possess a valid PA state Driver's license, personal and reliable transportation.
