In this role, you will facilitate enriching activities, supervise children, and promote positive development through structured programs. Duties Supervise children during after-school hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Lead and facilitate a variety of youth group activities, including arts, sports, outdoor games, and educational projects Manage classroom behavior using effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive environment Implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that support childhood development and learning goals Collaborate with team members to plan daily schedules and special events that promote youth development and engagement Maintain accurate attendance records, activity logs, and incident reports in compliance with program policies Skills Strong classroom management skills with the ability to guide children's behavior positively Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including daycare or camp environments Knowledge of first aid procedures, CPR certification, AED operation, and emergency response protocols Background in special education or experience supporting children with diverse learning needs Proven ability to supervise children outdoors safely during outdoor work activities or sports coaching sessions Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively Demonstrated leadership in youth programs or team-based activities with a focus on childhood development and early childhood education Join us to inspire young minds through energetic leadership, creative programming, and compassionate supervision.
