Job Description
Varsity Team Inc. is looking for motivated, diverse individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of troubled teens. VTI is an ILS (independent living skills) program that encourages our kids to get out and involved in school, sports, music, and any other positive extra-curricular you can think of. We assist in preparing our kids for sustainable employment and occasionally college. Applicants must be hard working and extremely patient and thick skinned since these kids are Severely Emotionally Disturbed due to years of abuse and/or neglect.
