Our model is built around multiple program pillars including: Social-emotional learning Athletics & wellness Mentorship Leadership development Career readiness Community engagement Built From Within (BFW) is OA's therapeutic and social-emotional wellness program designed to help teens better understand themselves, strengthen self-esteem, process emotions in healthy ways, and build stronger relationship patterns. This is a trauma-informed, preventative, and skills-based program focused on identity development, emotional regulation, attachment awareness, and creating safe spaces for youth to grow. About This Pilot Opportunity This role is part of an early-stage pilot program intentionally being built from the ground up. We are looking for someone who is not only clinically strong, but deeply mission and impact driven. The ideal person understands the beauty and challenge of building something in its early stages. This is not a "clock in, clock out" environment. It is a collaborative opportunity to help shape a program that has the potential to create meaningful long-term impact in the lives of teens and families.

Role Overview We are seeking an Associate Therapist interested in a mentorship-heavy role that combines hands-on group experience with high-quality clinical supervision. This position begins as a supported training and observation role and gradually evolves into co-facilitation and leadership opportunities as you grow within the program.

Wants strong, ongoing clinical supervision and support Is building hours across multiple settings Is eager to grow in group work, attachment, and trauma-informed care Wants experience inside a nonprofit/community-based setting Is energized by mission-focused work and youth empowerment Responsibilities Assist in facilitating structured teen groups Support emotional safety and group engagement Learn and apply the Built From Within therapeutic framework Gradually take on active facilitation responsibilities Collaborate closely with the lead facilitator and OA leadership Complete light documentation and attendance tracking Help contribute to a positive, supportive group culture Supervision Benefit Supervision provided by an experienced LMFT.
