• Responsibilities
• As a
• Youth Leader / Inclusion Aide
• , you will: + Supervise and engage groups of approximately 15-20 students + Lead and support activities such as sports, games, homework help, enrichment projects, and recreational programs + Foster a safe, structured, and inclusive environment for all students + Encourage positive behavior, teamwork, and student engagement + Serve as a positive role model during after-school programming
• Preferred Qualifications
• ? Experience working with children in a school, camp, childcare, tutoring, mentoring, or recreational setting preferred ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? Ability to work collaboratively with staff and students ? Reliable, professional, and committed to supporting youth success ? Passion for education and helping students thrive
• Schedule
• Monday-Friday
• + Typical hours:
• 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• + Early release days (Wednesday or Thursday):
• 11:30 AM start
• + Flexible scheduling available based on site needs + Consistent weekly hours available
• Compensation
• $21.00 per hour
