This Level 1 position is designed for a new or developing master's-level clinician building an outpatient caseload with clinical supervision and support. Founded in 2014, Life's Hope is a trauma-informed practice committed to increasing access to care, including for Colorado Medicaid clients. Our team values compassionate treatment, professional growth, reliable client care, and strong clinical documentation. What you'll do Provide outpatient counseling to children, teens, adults, and families within your training and scope of practice. Build and maintain a consistent weekly caseload. Complete progress notes, treatment plans, and other required documentation on time. Communicate professionally with clients, families, supervisors, and team members. Participate in clinical supervision, consultation, and training. Follow clinical, ethical, and practice policies that support continuity of care. Schedule This role requires evening availability during the week and one weekend day each week, either Saturday or Sunday . These appointment times help us serve children, teens, and working families. Counselors must be able to maintain a consistent schedule as their caseload grows. Applicants must have:

A master's degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a related mental health field. Active Colorado licensure or appropriate candidate status for the position. Interest in working with children, teens, and families. Evening availability and one weekend day of availability each week. The ability to meet background check and credentialing requirements. Compensation and support $30 per hour starting rate. Eligibility for $33 per hour after a successful 90-day review. W-2 employment. Paid clinical supervision and free CEU training opportunities.
