We are hiring for weekday, weekend, daytime, evening, and overnight shifts. Applicants with flexible or open availability are strongly encouraged to apply. Some positions may begin as early as next week. The ideal candidate is responsible, patient, trauma-informed, and comfortable supporting youth who may have experienced abuse, trafficking, housing instability, or other difficult circumstances. Available Shifts 6:00 AM-2:00 PM 2:00 PM-10:00 PM 10:00 PM-6:00 AM Weekday and weekend shifts are available. Responsibilities Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment for youth. Supervise and support youth throughout the assigned shift. Assist youth with meals, daily routines, chores, appointments, and approved activities. Follow all house rules, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements. Complete accurate daily shift notes and incident reports. Communicate important updates to management and incoming staff. Respond appropriately to emergencies, behavioral concerns, and missing-person incidents. Maintain professional boundaries and treat every youth with dignity and respect. Remain awake, alert, and present in the designated staff area throughout the entire shift. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old. High school diploma or GED required. Experience working with youth, foster care, group homes, residential programs, behavioral health, human services, or similar settings is preferred. Must pass all required criminal background checks and child-safety clearances. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Must be dependable, punctual, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality. Strong communication, documentation, and crisis-management skills are required. Pay $25.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and assigned responsibilities. Employment is with Courtney's House, not CFSA.
