Job Description

NATURE OF WORK
Mentoring Boot Camp Instructor is expected to operate with integrity, being a mentor for the youth enrolled in the program. This person must be willing to lead by example, know and abide by the programs policies and procedures. Provide plans for the youth in the program, create schedules, activities & events throughout the year. Mentoring Boot Camp Instructor invests in youth by providing one on one and group mentoring. This person is responsible for the safety and well-bringing of all youth, they must build positive relationships and influence youth to make good decisions, bringing out the best in them. Mentoring Boot Camp Instructor must grow the program by recruiting others to become mentors to the youth in the program and to support the program's success. Qualifications Pass a level 2 Background Check. Military experience preferred or experience with structure from attending some sort of behavior training. Willing to take ownership in what we do by buying into the program. Experience with military marching & cadences preferred. Must be Professional and reliable at all times. Serve as a role model and mentor to the youth in the program. Manage time properly and delegate assignments to the team. Must have excellent customer service skills and people skills.
