Rite of Passage Team is hiring for Night Youth Care Worker at Walton Academy for Growth and Change in DeFuniak Springs, Florida ✨ Located near the white sand beaches of Northwest Florida in DeFuniak Springs - At Walton Academy, we provide residential treatment to improving the lives of Youth through mental health and substance abuse services. We offer skills and opportunities to our youth from Carpentry/Home Building Institute to Culinary Arts.
Pay :
Starting at $19 per hour, paid bi-weekly. $1,000 Training Incentive Opportunity Earn a $1,000 bonus when you successfully complete the Essential Skills Training Program within your first 90 days of employment !

HIGH-RISK
residential treatment DJJ program for male youths between the ages of 13-19. You will monitor and document behaviors, monitor and join the Youth during Recreation time and assist and mentor the youth while they learn and develop within the program.
To be considered you should:
Possess a High School Diploma or GED and 40 hours of college education OR have one-year experience working with youth in organized group activities and possess a valid Driver's License.
Schedule:
Our Night Youth Care Workers currently work 4 days per week. For Example - A Shift works 8 pm to 8 am Sunday through Wednesday; B Shift works 8 pm to 8am Wednesday through Saturday. This gives our Night Youth Care Workers 3 days off each week. Apply today and Make a Difference in the Lives of Youth!
