Key Responsibilities:
Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans Provide individual and group counseling for substance use and co-occurring disorders Collaborate with RN and team to deliver care (in-person and telehealth) Support mobile unit operations, including documentation and logs Monitor client progress and intervene in crisis situations as needed What We're Looking For Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field (preferred) Licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) preferred At least 1 year of relevant experience Knowledge of MAT and Baker Act preferred Valid Florida driver's license with clean record Why You'll Love It Here Generous PTO + strong work-life balance Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life) 403(b) with company match Tuition reimbursement & PSLF eligibility Supportive, mission-driven culture Apply today and help us bring hope and healing to our communities.
