We provide mentoring services that help children, adolescents, and young adults build confidence, strengthen life skills, and reach their personal goals in a supportive and encouraging environment. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and culturally responsive Mentoring Services Specialist who is committed to youth development, client-centered support, and helping individuals navigate life's challenges. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a practice that values connection, growth, and community. Duties Build trusting relationships with youth by providing consistent support, encouragement, and positive reinforcement. Develop and implement engaging youth programs focused on adolescent development, social skills, and life skills education. Collaborate with families, educators, and social workers to create tailored plans that address individual needs, including those with disabilities or behavioral health challenges. Facilitate activities that promote social-emotional learning, conflict management, and high-risk population support. Monitor progress and document youth development milestones, behavioral changes, and program participation. Assist in crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring safety and well-being of all participants.
