Maintain accurate records of attendance, incident reports, and activity participation to ensure compliance with safety standards. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in educational, childcare, camp, or youth program settings is highly preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques. Certification in first aid, CPR, and AED operation is required; ongoing training is encouraged. Demonstrated ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while fostering a supportive environment. Experience working with children with special needs or in inclusive settings is a plus. Strong communication skills to engage children positively and collaborate with colleagues and parents. Outdoor work experience or familiarity with outdoor activities enhances suitability for this role.
