About Clubhouse Camden:

Clubhouse Camden supports and empowers teens in Camden. Middle and high school students have access to various services, including academic support, job readiness training, health and nutrition education, family involvement events, leadership development, and recreational activities.

Pay Expectations:

Within the designated pay range of $15.00-$22.00 per hour based on a part-time schedule.

Position Overview:

The Youth Development Aide plays a hands-on role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of youth development programs at Clubhouse Camden. The Youth Development Aide works closely with leadership to ensure a safe, engaging, and impactful environment for local youth and reports directly to the Clubhouse Director. The position is funded partially or fully with grant-based funding. Continuation of employment in this position depends on both performance and funding availability. Anticipated Schedule (part-time):

Monday-Friday:

1:30 pm-6:30 pm

• Execute structured programming and activities.
• Engage students through mentoring and academic support.
• Maintain program environment and space readiness.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical conduct.
• Maintain professionalism with students, families, and staff.

Qualifications:

Professional Experience:

1-2 years of direct experience working with youth, adolescents, or community-based programs.

Skills:

Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and engage effectively with diverse youth populations and community partners.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

Compensation:

Base Pay:
