Successful candidates will have a once-in-a-career opportunity to be a part of the opening of our new Residential Center for Healing and Resilience, a 64-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF) for youth, at our beautiful 258-acre Hands of Promise Campus in Idaho's Treasure Valley.

Provide care and supervision to youth residents Help with youth orientation Guide and support youth in carrying out daily activities such as morning routines, chores, homework, meal times, group activities and evening routines Implement the treatment strategies Provide a consistent, safe and supportive environment to help youth manage behavioral and emotional responses Builds positive relationships with youth by providing a consistent, supportive presence and engaging youth in ways that demonstrate respect, care and belief in their potential Carry out duties and tasks in accordance with the program's standards and procedures (SAPs)Must Haves:
At least 21 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Idaho driver's license or obtain one within 15 days of hire This position would work 3/12s hour shifts from 9- 9 on Thursday
- Saturday with rotating Wednesdays. For any hours worked between 11pm
- 7am, this would have a $1.
