Supervises and provide guidance to clients during free time and planned activities. Work in direct contact with the persons with emotional and behaviorally disabilities. Duties Supervise clients and is responsible for their welfare, safety, and whereabouts at all times. Implements group home programs that aid in the social, physical, creative, and emotional development of clients. Acts to ensure a safe, clean and healthy living environment at all times. Serves as a positive role model to clients by providing an example for acceptable behavior, language, and dress. Physical Requirements Walking, standing, bending, stooping, and sitting. Ability to perform passive restraints. CPR and first aid. Requires continuous normal hearing (40-60 decibels with correction).
