This is a full-time position. General description Overnight counselors are responsible for the care and supervision of students. This is an awake overnight position. This position works with children and adolescents in a treatment setting. Primary duties include providing safety, supervision, and responding to situations or concerns that arise over the course of the overnight shift, and preparing students for daily activities in the morning, as needed. Qualifications At least 21 years of age (2) years of college or other related post high-school education or four (4) years of experience in childcare or the human services field Bachelor's degree and one (1) or more years' experience in the childcare or human services field is preferred but not required Candidates who are hired and have completed a bachelor's degree will be compensated at a higher wage.
