Job Description
The Rooftop Youth Director is a part-time position overseeing the middle and high school youth ministries. This includes leading weekly youth group meetings, recruiting, training, and managing the volunteer team, supporting parents with youth, organizing additional youth events, and working together with the Rooftop church staff and elders to serve youth and parents. This position is approved for 20-25 hours/week and is overseen by the Lead Pastor.
