Job Title:
Before & After-School Care Leader / Youth Counselor (Part-Time) We are looking for dependable, trustworthy, and enthusiastic candidates to join our team in Charlotte. In this role, you will work directly with school-age children (grades K-5) to foster a safe, positive, and nurturing environment during critical before and after-school hours.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and engage with children in grades K-5 during program hours.

Schedule & HoursWe offer flexible shift options. Candidates can apply for one or both of the following shifts:
Before-School Shift:
Monday- Friday, 5:30 AM
- 7:30
AMAfter-School Shift:
Monday- Thursday, 3:30 PM
- 7:00 PM and Friday, 11:45 AM
- 6:00
PMCompensation & TrainingHourly Pay:
$14.00 per hour (starts after completion of training).Training:
Includes a 4-week training period to ensure a great mutual fit. A $250 stipend is paid upon completion of the training period. Requirements & Qualifications Proven background or experience working with children.Passion for mentoring youth and creating a secure, positive environment.

Preferred Education:
Coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field is a plus.Pay:
