Manchester, NH Multiple Openings for 10/2 Orientation $25-$27 an hour depending on shift 6 month contract with temp to perm option

Schedules Available:

Friday to Monday 12pm to 10pm Thursday to Sunday 12pm to 10pm Tuesday to Saturday 2pm to 10pm Sunday to Thursday 2pm to 10pm Friday to Saturday 10pm to 6am Role Overview Provide supervision, support, and trauma-informed care to youth in a secure residential setting. Promote positive behavior, skill development, and treatment progress through structured programming and daily interactions. Collaborate with treatment teams to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and support individualized treatment goals. Key Responsibilities Supervise and engage youth in daily activities, treatment programs, education, and recreation. Maintain safety and security through monitoring, searches, crisis intervention, and de-escalation techniques. Support positive behavior development using evidence-based and trauma-informed practices. Participate in treatment planning, case reviews, and implementation of treatment goals. Provide individual support and assist youth in developing coping and life skills. Maintain accurate case records, incident reports, and required documentation. Coordinate and supervise family visits, collateral meetings, and community appointments. Transport and supervise youth during off-site activities and appointments. Communicate professionally with families, courts, medical providers, law enforcement, and other stakeholders. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Requirements Complete the Juvenile Justice Academy within 12 months of hire. Complete 40 hours of annual in-service training. Maintain satisfactory performance and current case documentation. Successfully complete required mentoring and obtain supervisory approvals for promotion.
