As a Family Services Specialist, you'll work directly with youth and families in their homes and communities, providing family engagement, psychoeducation, skills training, and ongoing support. This is a hybrid, community-based position with approximately 80% travel. Candidates must have a quiet, private workspace and flexibility to accommodate the scheduling needs of youth and families. What You Will Be Doing Provide in-home and community-based family skills training and psychoeducation. Conduct family assessments and support individualized treatment planning. Connect families with community resources and positive support systems. Build relationships with families, schools, programs, and community partners. Provide services using the AMIkids Personal Growth Model® (PGM) and evidence-based practices. Participate in treatment meetings and maintain accurate case documentation. Monitor compliance with treatment, contractual, and organizational requirements. Maintain required training and certifications. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or related field; Master's preferred. Two (2) years of experience working with at-risk or troubled youth preferred. Experience providing in-home family services, counseling, psychoeducation, or family training highly desirable. Ability to travel approximately 80% of working time. Ability to maintain a flexible schedule based on youth and family needs. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
