Qualifications Proven experience working with children in educational, camp, childcare, or youth program settings. Strong classroom management skills coupled with the ability to handle behavioral challenges effectively. Certification in

CPR, AED

operation, and first aid required; additional certifications in child supervision or special education are a plus. Experience facilitating youth group activities or outdoor work experience preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and connect with young people from diverse backgrounds. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and youth development. Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques.
