Job Description

General Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing, instructing, coordinating, and supervising programs for youth enrolled in Day and Evening Programming including life space counseling & management. Assumes the responsibility of being a counselor/mentor to assigned youth; assists youth with accomplishing personal goals and developing a better sense of personal well being. Prepares a written summary of applicable work.
Education/Training:
A BA or BS in human services or related field of study required.
Experience:
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in related positions normally required.
ADA:
Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.; visual and auditory skills.
