You will:
Provide daily supervision, care, and support for residents in a structured, therapeutic setting. Lead fun, meaningful, and age-appropriate group activities that promote life skills and positive behavior. Support individualized treatment and behavior plans developed by our clinical team. Model healthy coping skills and problem-solving techniques. Maintain accurate daily documentation and communicate progress to the team.
