What You'll Do:
As a Detention Counselor, you will work alongside the juvenile justice system, including courts, police, and service providers, to maintain a safe, secure environment for youth. Your work will be essential to a 24/7/365 operation, helping adolescents in temporary care navigate challenges and find a path forward.
What You Bring:
A minimum of 60 college credits required. Preferred experience in juvenile justice, congregate care, or youth-focused roles. Ability to pass a company-paid physical and obtain required clearances.

Training Details:
Our new hires participate in a two-week, daylight, paid training program. Once training and clearances are complete, you will transition to our Highland Detention facility in Allegheny County, with travel costs covered during this period.
