We work with adults, children, and families to increase communication and social skills, improve relationships, increase circles of support, and provide therapeutic services based on best-practice research. We believe that people can change, and we work to empower each individual in their own care. We are currently exploring candidates for Clinician in our Ridge Street Program. Ridge Street provides a warm and secure home for female adolescents, ages 13-18, who are working through mental health and behavioral challenges. Our residential program is designed to provide the structure, care, and community support needed to help young women grow, heal, and thrive. We focus on creating an environment that feels like a home, where youth can build important life skills, improve their mental health, and form positive connections with others.
Responsibilities Include:
Excellent communication skills for effective engagement with residents, families, and stakeholders Crisis Management skills and intervention Participates in meeting with youth and family at least once per week Holds a Clinical group at least once per week with the youth Working with youth regarding anger management, self-esteem/self-identity, coping skills and regulating emotions are topics that are worked on regularly.

Desired Qualifications:
Master's Degree or currently enrolled in a master's program in a human services field, such as counseling or social work License eligible 1-3 years' experience
Salary:
$62,000 - $65,000 per year
