$17.00-$20.00 per hour (based on experience)Schedule:

As an After-School Counselor, you'll do more than supervise children—you'll create meaningful experiences, build lasting relationships, and help students discover their potential through engaging activities, mentorship, academic support, and fun. If you're looking for a job where you can have an impact every day, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do- Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for youth ages 5-14.
- Build positive relationships with students and serve as a consistent mentor and role model.
- Lead recreational, educational, leadership, arts, STEM, and wellness activities.
- Assist with homework support and enrichment opportunities.
- Encourage teamwork, character development, and positive behavior.
- Supervise campers during transitions, indoor and outdoor activities, meals, and special events.
- Maintain accurate attendance and ensure the safety of all participants.
- Communicate professionally with parents, teammates, and program leadership.
- Help prepare activity spaces and maintain a clean, organized environment.

- Ability to remain active throughout the program, including standing, walking, and participating in games and activities. Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience working with youth in schools, camps, recreation, childcare, churches, or community programs.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- An associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education, Recreation, Youth Development, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
