Job Description
The City of Lynchburg is an Equal Opportunity Employer Looking for qualified Relief Youth Workers for the weekends, 8-hour shifts at the Lynchburg Detention Center. Qualified applicants will be responsible for supervising youth and coordinating programs. Communicate effectively with at risk and troubled youth and work in a team environment. Work is performed in a team environment under the regular supervision of the facility administration. These are all hourly positions and successful candidates will enter a pool from which future vacancies will be filled. Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
