About Us Starting in 2002, Trinity's mission has evolved to change lives through connection, transforming struggles into strengths for youth and survivors of trauma. We promise to invest in our community and have a positive impact on those we serve. Job Description Trinity Youth Counseling is a positive, one-on-one mental health service for young people. Our Youth Counselors work with program participants in the community, providing them with a variety of ways to work on and achieve their goals! Our clients range in age from 5 to 25 and have experienced trauma, have mental health diagnoses, and/or experience developmental delays and disorders.
Our Programs:
Youth Counseling:
1 year to 1.5 year commitment One-on-one support in a community setting tailored to youth's goals Youth Counselor plans fun and engaging activities
Youth Workshops:
Runs once weekly for 4 weeks, Monday-Thursday from 4:00 pm - 7:30 pm One-on-one support in a group setting hosted at Trinity Equestrian Center Group activities in a structured, supportive environment
Qualifications:
1. Must be 18 years of age 2. High school diploma or equivalent 3. Reliable transportation, current and valid driver's license, and satisfactory driving record 4. Commitment to working 10-15 hours per week 5. Ability to communicate with administrative staff routinely and within 24 hours

Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
