Lead Staff (shift leads) are members of a care-team responsible for leading and maintaining a safe, supervised, and structured living environment for adolescent residents that is conducive to their well-being. Lead Staff assess group dynamics and resident needs and promote improved social, developmental, educational, and physical functioning of group home residents. The ability to understand the perspective of others is critical and staff must truly care about the success of youth. This position requires weekend and holiday hours on a rotating schedule. You will work alongside residents to support achievement of treatment goals through engagement in healthy and productive daily activities through the following tasks: Lead scheduled shift activities and ensure programming schedules are followed.
