Job requirements include being able to stand for 5+ hrs/shift, be able to lift 25 lbs, can read and write, be able to follow instructions/directions, have reliable transportation to work, exceptional customer service and social skills Our ideal candidate is hard working, self motivated, detail oriented, great with customers, and has previous experience in customer service or food service industries Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure accurate transactions Previous supervising experience or leadership roles within retail environments Ability to perform retail math calculations confidently for sales totals, discounts, and inventory counts Strong communication skills with the ability to engage bilingual customers effectively Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Knowledge of merchandising standards and stocking procedures in a grocery or retail store setting Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette to handle inquiries smoothly
