Software Engineer

Reports to: Engineering Manager or assign.

Exempt We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Software Engineer to join our development team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about coding, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to real-world applications. You will work alongside experienced engineers to design, develop, and maintain software solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plans, develops, modifies, implements, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains software-programming applications in compliance to company quality system design controls and applicable standards.

Diagnoses all irregular performance and specify code changes and other actions required to return units to specification standards. Applies knowledge of electrical engineering principals to design analog/digital/embedded microcontroller/communications/interfaces systems. May be involved in fabrication, operation, application, installation, troubleshooting, or repair of products.

Is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Performs a variety of tasks.

Demonstrates a certain degree of creativity and latitude.

Follows development schedule and timeframes.

EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field 1+ year of experience in software development or related technical work (internships or academic projects may be considered) Experience programming in C/C++ and/or C# (C Sharp)Familiarity with assembly language is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
