We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Solar DC Roof Lead to join our growing team. This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of quality installations, and can lead by example in the field. Key Responsibilities Lead residential and small commercial solar rooftop installations Oversee DC-side installation work including layout, racking, wiring, roof penetrations, and equipment mounting Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout every phase of installation Read and interpret plans, layouts, and electrical diagrams Coordinate with crew members to maintain workflow and productivity on-site Troubleshoot installation challenges in real time Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Ensure all installations comply with NEC requirements and local codes Requirements Multiple years of hands-on solar installation experience required Strong construction background and roofing knowledge Experience with: Standard string inverter systems, SolarEdge systems, Enphase system Strong understanding of DC-side solar work and best installation practices Ability to work well within a team environment while also being capable of working independently when needed Must move with purpose while maintaining a strong commitment to safety Exceptional attention to detail is an absolute requirement and will be a major factor in hiring Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and in varying weather conditions Expectations Show up on time every day and ready to work Maintain professionalism and a strong work ethic Be prepared to work in all weather and site conditions Take ownership of your work and install every system as if it were your own We are looking for individuals who care about craftsmanship, efficiency, and doing the job right the first time.
