  • Thursday, from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm Position Overview We are currently hiring an Electronics Assembler / Soldering Technician to join our manufacturing team.
This position is responsible for assembling, soldering, inspecting, and testing electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards in a clean and quality-focused production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with both through-hole and surface-mount soldering, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work with small components using microscopes and precision tools. Responsibilities Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, and subassemblies according to specifications Perform through-hole and SMT soldering using hand soldering equipment Install wiring, connectors, and electronic components Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy Troubleshoot, repair, and rework defective assemblies when necessary Read and follow assembly instructions, schematics, and production documentation Adhere to
IPC-A-610
workmanship standards and company quality procedures Use microscopes, magnifiers, and hand tools to complete precision assembly tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support production goals while maintaining high-quality standards Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Prior experience in electronics assembly and soldering required Experience with through-hole and/or surface-mount technology (SMT) soldering IPC-A-610 and/or
J-STD-001
certification preferred Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills Ability to work with very small components under magnification Comfortable performing repetitive assembly work with a high level of accuracy Basic computer and documentation skills Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during the shift Why Join Our Team?
