Microsoft CoPilot Studio 365 & Agentic AI Development experience required! We have an immediate opportunity for a Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, enterprise support operations, and AI-driven automation solutions. Skilled in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale platforms across Azure, Microsoft 365, identity management, and security ecosystems. Proven ability to manage customer interactions, ensure SLA compliance, and deliver high-quality technical support in fast-paced environments. Hands-on experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Remedy for incident tracking, resolution management, and root cause analysis. Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, enhance service delivery, and maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive support and process optimization. Proficient in building and supporting AI agents, automating workflows using Copilot AI agents and IcM APIs, and implementing automation solutions for incident detection, alerting, classification, prioritization, and runbook execution. Experienced in developing inventory management solutions using AI and automation while leveraging Power BI to generate operational dashboards, SLA adherence reports, and incident trend analysis. Strong understanding of enterprise security and authentication technologies including MPD/SSD, YubiKey, and Cloud MFA. Capable of creating technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles while applying analytical problem-solving skills to streamline processes, improve reliability, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
