In This Role, You Will:

Lead daily kitchen operations and support meal productionSupervise and mentor full-time and seasonal kitchen staffMaintain high standards for food quality, sanitation, and safetyAssist with ordering, receiving, inventory, and storageCoordinate with Front of House leadership to ensure excellent guest experiencesTrain and support multicultural seasonal staff in a fast-paced environmentStep into leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Executive Sous ChefFoster a positive, professional, and growth-oriented kitchen cultureKeep operations organized, efficient, and guest-focused during every shiftWe re

Brings strong culinary leadership and high-volume kitchen experienceThrives in organized, fast-moving environmentsLeads with positivity, accountability, and professionalismEnjoys mentoring and developing seasonal staffCan think ahead, problem solve, and keep operations running smoothlyIs passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and serviceQualificationsServSafe Certification requiredCulinary degree preferredMinimum 2 years of high-volume culinary experienceMinimum 2 years of management experienceExperience leading seasonal or multicultural teams strongly preferredValid U.S. driver s license with acceptable driving recordAbility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shiftsWork EnvironmentThis is a hands-on culinary leadership position in a busy kitchen environment requiring:
