Spa Wellness Associate

We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and positive individual to join our wellness spa team! Our spa specializes in weight loss, body contouring, infrared sauna therapy, and overall wellness services designed to help clients feel confident, healthy, and rejuvenated. This position is perfect for someone passionate about wellness, customer service, beauty, health, or the spa industry. Responsibilities Welcome and assist clients with a friendly and professional attitude Prepare treatment rooms before and after appointments Assist with body contouring and wellness services under spa protocols Educate clients on services, memberships, and wellness benefits Monitor and clean infrared sauna rooms between sessions Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the spa Assist with retail and product recommendations Support front desk operations including booking appointments, answering phones, and checking clients in/out Ensure clients have a relaxing, comfortable, and positive experience Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Passion for wellness, beauty, fitness, or self-care Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn spa treatments and equipment Previous spa, medical spa, salon, fitness, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Pay:

$15.00 - $35.00 per hour
