This is a consistent 1:1 home care assignment with a kind and supportive family, ideal for nurses looking for steady hours and meaningful patient care.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM•6:00 PM Weekend shifts may also be available.

Patient Overview:

Trach and ventilator dependent G-tube care and feeding required Patient enjoys going out and attending doctor appointments Dog in the home — nurse must be comfortable around dogs

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care in the home per physician orders and plan of care Perform trach and G-tube care Administer medications and monitor patient condition Accompany patient to doctor appointments and outings as needed Report changes in condition appropriately Complete documentation accurately and timely Maintain professional communication with family and office staff Provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Requirements:

Active California LVN license BLS certification Spanish-speaking required Experience with trach and G-tube care preferred Reliable transportation Comfortable accompanying patient outside the home Dependable, professional, and compassionate attitude
