Key Qualifications:

Current Massachusetts teaching certification in Moderate Disabilities for the appropriate grade level Proven experience in a similar co-teaching or special education setting at the middle school level Strong knowledge of developing and implementing IEPs to promote student success Effective communication abilities with students, staff, and families Flexibility, collaboration, and a passion for inclusive education

Primary Responsibilities:

Co-teach in middle school classrooms, supporting students with varying needs Collaborate with general educators to adapt curricula and instruction Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Maintain ongoing communication with families and multidisciplinary teams Track student progress and provide tailored support You'll receive excellent weekly pay, full benefits, and the stability of a contract with the possibility of renewal.
