Your core group will be composed of approximately 6-7 students, possibly fewer, each identified through eligibility meetings for summer services. Key Qualifications:

Current certification in Special Education (appropriate for the elementary level) Experience working with students in grades 3-5, preferably in a special education setting Strong understanding of instructional strategies for diverse learners Familiarity with academic and social communication interventions Ability to collaborate actively with teaching assistants and related service providers Adaptability as final student numbers are determined

Responsibilities:
